    Well with being 46yrs old I’d certainly not want to do full contact kickboxing, so that would leave MMA so I’d probably prefer that if I was to choose.

    I enjoy watching it, as for it’s future well it depends on what is being taught syllabus wise, if the club or gym cover all ranges then it should survive and flourish.
