    That is a move you learn in military hand to hand fighting. Army hand to hand fighting in a mix of Brazilian Judo, and some other moves and is NOT used to beat someone, it is meant to kill within a few seconds, like a open hand flat strike against the throat between your thumb and index finger and other things. That move would be to break a neck although she didn’t mean to do it….I am sure she broke her neck and may have paralyzed her
