What's the Difference in MMA Training Gloves and Fight Gloves.?

what do you reconmend for Thai Ju jitsu

    training gloves are heavier and sometimes bulkier. I don’t know what "Thai Ju Jitsu" is. But if you need gloves for MMA, get the training gloves

    TRAINING GLOVE ARE EQUAL TO 16 OZ BOXING GYMS THEY PROVID MORE PADDING AND A SOFTER TYPE OF PADDING TO PERVENT CUTS. RATHER THEN FIGHT GLOVES ARE ONLY 6 OZ AND MADE WITH A THICK LEATHER THAT CUTS SKIN EASY

    The padding, Training softer foam for protection for sparring.
    Fight gloves are a little less giving harder padding.
