Whats a Good Strength/conditioning and Cardio Routine for Mma?

im 14. i want to do the workout at home. i have the following equipment: heavy bag, pull up bar, weighted gloves, barbell, and two twenty pound dumbbellss. please be specific and include sets and reps body weight exercisess would be nice to)

    why do you want to do a routine for mma? if you want to train like a mma fighter join a gym and do some muay thai wrestling bjj
