What Should My Diet Be Like When Training MMA?

I’m a 14 year old girl and i’ve been training for about 3 months. I want to completely change my diet to help gain muscle while losing fat

    Alot of greens for the cardio with some red meat for energy. Just try staying off the junk food. Also for muscle gaining the best and most quickest formula you can legally buy that will not do damage to you is Nanox9 by mustletech, use that while you do weights and it will work wonders. you can see a difference after the first workout. :)
