What Are the Best Type of Mma Training You Can Do at Your House?

I have a bench and can put up to 205 on it… i have 2 sets of dumbells one is 10 lbs and the other 35 lbs. i have those rubber bands thingys too. But what is the best type of training around the house including things too do without weights. And how long should i jog or what kind of routine should i do when i jog. and should i jog everyday? Well Answers would be appreciated. :)

    If your already well built you should work on muscle endurance.do lots of circuit and HIT training.jog 5 miles every morning before breakfast(do less starting out).basically train your muscles to fail.

    well if we are talking mma here then I think your fundamentals u should practise jitz techniques like bridge then shrimp then bring your leg through to quarters etc….. and footwork yadayadayada its boring but it works.
