What Are the Best Things for Me to Get to Start Training Mma?

I need a list of things to get to start conditioning myself (for example: tractor tire, sledge hammer, stuff like that).

i would suggest a nutritionist and a gym membership – i know you want to get a crazy training experience b/c you put tire and sludge but realistically it balls down to diet and exercise if you want like some hard man training ditch society and go hiking and camping its great for cardio days

better off just joining a legitimate mma gym, and start training. Your conditioning will pick up faster training there, than doing things on your own.

For conditioning, I suggest getting kettle bells and mase bells. Those offer a wide variety of mma core workouts. Also get a curl bar so you can do the Couture circuit. Get a sledge hammer and tire, a bar for doing chin-ups, a water tank for resistance workouts, jump rope, chin-up bar, climbing rope…that should be all you need.

Join a gym, MMA training is very diverse, and chances are you don’t need all that fancy equipment you’ve seen being used in the ultimate fighter.. a skipping rope and a baf to kick and punch is probably alreight. But ideally you should train in a proper MMA school, it’s important to learn proper training technique, otherwise you will pick up silly habits that you will have to unlearn and then learn in a proper school any way. I’ve seen too many kids turn up at boxing gym thinking they’re rocky balboa. But they have really poor technique and can’t even jab, and then we have to spend a great deal of time making them unlearn their bad habits.
