What Are Some Good Cardio Exercises to Incorporate With My MMA Training?

    try swimming with a wieghted vest, incorporate different strokes. or if you dont have access to a pool or a wieghted vest try jumping rope, using a weighted rope, not only will it help with cardio but it will greatly strengthen your joints (which is good for fighting against arm bars and such)

    jump rope and jogging. Very simple but effective.

    Bas Rutten has a cd workout that has you doing combinations until you’re gassed. In my opinion the workout works best with a bag, but it is not necessary.

    swimming
    skipping rope
    hiking
    aerobics
    pilates
    muscle toning – light weight lifting
