try swimming with a wieghted vest, incorporate different strokes. or if you dont have access to a pool or a wieghted vest try jumping rope, using a weighted rope, not only will it help with cardio but it will greatly strengthen your joints (which is good for fighting against arm bars and such)
Bas Rutten has a cd workout that has you doing combinations until you’re gassed. In my opinion the workout works best with a bag, but it is not necessary.
