What Are Good Workouts for Mixed Martial Arts?

Hello, I was wondering if anyone can post some good workouts I can do in the weight room geared towards Mixed Martial Arts

    I recommend the Books of Martin Rooney Training for warriors ultimate workouts and ultimate warrior he gives a really workable approach or you can check out youtube and search TFW for exercises. As well google up IHPFIT i see some long instructional vids that are really awesome. Since keep in MMA is geared and approached in the prespective of Strength and Conditioning for explosiveness, core strength and muscular endurance and not in bodybuilding. Your exercies are geared to circuit type and plyometics. Hope this helps.

    i reeccomended you eat just french fries and potato chips. and also dairy queen ice cream- this will give u fat. now that ur fat you may keep eating like this to get even fatter.

    the workout i would say balance urself by using ur stomach. after that try reaaching for your toes.
