Saku vs Silva #1 ….wait that didnt turn to well for him haha… Im jk I still love Saku…
Ya that idiot you mentioned is the same guy who said Fedor is the ultimate can…what a pencil necked loser…
Scary to think that MMA is turning into a sport to find out who the best wrestler is…the way the sport is going its safe to say the best wrestler in the world is the best mixed martial artist as long as he learns sub defense.
We need a new sport… with all stand up and clinch work… now thats exciting!!!
I didn’t realize Nuker was considered an idiot, lol. I thought some of what he was saying was slightly realistic. I think he just wanted to be the guy that picked Toney in the event that he would’ve won that fight.
couldnt even bare to watch this, the quality is just to fucking shit man…
In general, I think Frankie Edgar deserves more props, especially for what he’s accomplished.
The thing about BJ is a lot of people used to consider him one of the best pound for pound, ie. With all things being equal, BJ should be able to beat anyone based on his skill. For example, losing to GSP because GSP is bigger (I don’t agree with that btw). Frankie Edgar completely discredited that. He’s physically smaller than BJ and he pitched a 5-0 shutout against BJ. That’s pretty awesome!
doliveij ur as gay as xvnukervx2 u to have excuses for everything
@cmcgrath10 I’m conflicted about it myself… I mean, what if the most empirically effective fighting style… just is not very entertaining? Some say that rule changes would even the playing field… but for every rule change I have heard of, a case could be made that it would actually favor the wrestlers. Think about how effective Coleman was with knees to the head of downed opponents.
What’s left? Elbows to the back of the head and spine? Do any of us really want to see that legalized?
@DexterShawn I don’t think he gets enough props either, but that’s what happens when you are not know as a finisher. GSP is perilously close to developing the same problem. As the quality of MMA fighters increases – I wonder if the sheer high level of competition will worsen the problem.
omg i no who you called the idiot is lol i agree on that

@xkillaz18x Your full of shit doliveij is always 80% accurate with all of his picks. Plus doliveij really analyze the fight’s and fighters doliveij and PhantomUFCfan are the best two guys when it comes to MMA picks on youtube.
@BadConquedence yeah but everyone makes mistake and doliveij is just trying to make himself look great out of this…and i’d like to hear doliveij’s picks b4 he hears the mma experts first and what not…and have fun suckin doliveij’s nuts
wow you started off making a whole lot of sense and then you started to sound like a complete retard, the lightweight division weak? If you think that your weak minded. Maynard, Edgar, Evan Dunham, and of course one of the best up and comer George Sotiropolous. You FAIL. Listen your thinking ticket sales not good fights.
@xkillaz18x Well you didn’t say doliveij made a mistake you said he make excuses which is not true. The dude is the first to say when he is wrong on a pick now in some cases a analyst may explain the reason why they thought his pick was going to win but that’s not making excuses. There is no such thing has MMA experts there are trainers and even fighters that make the wrong picks I have picked winners when the so call experts was wrong. And keep your homosexual fantasies to yourself.
@doliveij Yo, What do you think about knees and kicks on the ground?
cool channel, subbed. totally agree xvnukervx2 is an fucking idiot
James knew he wasn’t going to do anything with RC. Dude just wanted to talk smack, hype the fight, get a huge paycheck, and get out of there safely. At age 41, fat, out of shape, and very few pay-days in his pro boxing forecast, what else could the man do? Besides, he has to pay taxes somehow on all of that lavish living he’s grown accustomed to. I must admit though, this liver-lip rascal does make me laugh though, with all his verbal antics and tom-foolery he puts on for the media. Good post!
You and nuker need to have an exhibition fight. Lol. Did you watch his rebuttal?
I have to agree, picking Toney makes him lose all credibility. I wasn’t, and don’t intend to subscribe to him.
@gorfimus
I saw it, I laughed and moments ago we just shut down this whole “thing.” It’s all good.
@LynchYT The most empirically effective fighting style must, by its very definition, be entertaining, as the overall goal of a fight is to kill or serious hurt our opponent. It is part of our make up, a remnant of our animal past, our left over chimp DNA. In a fight we do not aim to hug our opponents to sleep so three men watching can award us a decision. We aim to put the person to sleep. There is no need for knees on the ground – just take away the predisposition that being on the bottom….
@LynchYT …means you are automatically losing the fight. If I pull guard and land many elbows and nearly rip the guy’s arm off 6 times and all he does is lay on me, I should win the fight for damage and attempts to finish. He should not win for control. I am where I want to be given that I know my active guard will eventually lead to him making a mistake and me tapping him out. That’s my thoughts on it anyway. It leads to a more ‘real’ feel to the fight and is most exciting for the fans.
No matter if BJ didn’t train properly for this fight or didn’t executed the right game plan in that fight I give Edgar his credit for winning both fights, the man definitely presents a bad style for BJ, he looked unconfortable with Frankie’s speed. As for Maynard/Edgar for the LW title, it may not sound to appealing but it’s the right thing to do IMO, boring fighter or not Gray has earned his title opportunity.
OMG, UFC 118 was so awesome!
I just finished wathing it free online here:

@cmcgrath10 I hear you brother. Problem is, sooo many “fans” have sooo little appreciation for the ground game – even an active guard. Maybe as the fans become a bit more educated about the sport we’ll see the judging come along as well. Those boos when the fight hits the mat for 2sec are part of the problem.
@cmcgrath10 There are a lot of BJJ guys that adhere to the more classic/conservative immediate closed guard etc. which actually forces the guy in top position to play it conservatively as well, especially if he’s a wrestler. To tell you the truth, in many cases, it’s really a two way street.
