You can OVERTRAIN to the point where you are doing more harm than good. Conditioning is something that takes time and builds over a fighters career. Diego Sanchez talked about his conditioning before going full time in the UFC and after. You need to set some cardio goals and strength goals. Remember also that MMA training is SO different than bodybuilding. You need to grapple, spar and condition in light of 5 minute rounds. Many MMA fighters do the "circle of death" training that simulates a real fight.
So that some more, every day.
I don’t know if you train without breaks but usually we get about 3-4 breaks to drink and catch breathe for about a minute each time and it helps. As far as breathing breath in through nose out through mouth and control your breathing don’t be tense when training relax yourself and be calm it does help a lot. Also just listen to your body if your really sore and not feeling good don’t continue take the day off from training.Good luck with training and hope it helps.
