MMA & Combat Sambo Training

At the beginning of this video, our students practice select Sambo techniques. Later on there’s a bout in MMA using protective gear for extra security. Both students are 16 years of age. The student with the black gloves and camouflage shorts has a blue belt in Judo & Sambo while the student with black pants and red gloves has experience in Muay Thai & Wrestling. The rules are similar to MMA rules but with no knees and elbows strikes of any kind. Both students did great in this training match.
