Hey, Kwonkicker, I trained in WTF TKD for a couple of years then I hurt my back after a few failed 540 kicks (I’m a teenager). How would you recommend getting back to martial arts?

    Hey Kwonkicker,
Should you do jump training after a regular workout or before, or should it be the only workout of the day?

How do I train for my flying knee? I can’t get enough height for it to hit the guy’s chin.

@BeatRider44 I can get a lot of height when I jump off the knee I hit with. I jump off my right leg and since that leg is already extended (or cocked) right after i leave the floor, all i do is snap it up to what i want to hit. It takes practice and its not as fast but its a good way to train
