    Hey mate, it’s difficult to prescribe exercises without knowing your current condition but I encourage you to check out all our vids and try whatever you feel you are capable of. Focus on full body movements performed in a circuit with minimal rest in between for greatest weight loss results. Weights don’t have to be really heavy, just enough to get you uncomfortably huffing and puffing :P

    Good luck!

    Awesome. I’ve been weight training for a month or two. I’ve seen improvements but my overall fitness is crap. I look like a ‘fit’ guy but I’m not. I get tired very quickly after running and my stamina is simply terrible. I also have asthma. What is the best way to condition myself? Any ‘beginner’ conditioning routine I can do?

    @f10italia
    Hey mate, have a look at the other vids on our channel. There is one called “Explosive Power and Functional Strength Training Program”. If you push hard and keep your rests short that program will drastically boost your fitness.

    Cheers,
    Zac

    @selaasar
    There were a few different shoes in that vid but yes I usually train in Nike Free TR these days (aka Nike Free Crosstrainers).

    @f10italia giving up dairy products might cure your asthma – cured mine anyway.

    Hey I’m not really into body building, I’m more of a Martial Artist and I’m thin and I was just wondering if there is any MUST do Agility training for faster movements around the WHOLE body.
