    Hi Joshua…
Hmmm…2 months to ideal body? it is a tight time. But with the right workout you must be able to have it.
I understand your confusion as I have ever experienced it.
Just to know, the effectiveness of your workout depends on a lot of factors. The most important are on how you workout and what you eat. Right workout and right eat delivers what you want and prevent of injury.
But, it is not easy to do them, to do the right you must hire a personal trainer. After some googling about personal trainer you can consider P90X DVD Set.
P90X DVD Set features complete guide how to workout and eat right to get your ideal body in less time.
    Wish it helpful. Thank you

Low carb diets are good. I started out with Suzanne Somers’ diet and have modified it since I lost the weight. The pounds seemed to melt away.
Things like breads, rice and pastas have high carbs that the body translates into sugars that feed your fat cells.

eat in proportions, dont over exercise. them diet things that are advertised are a load of BS so you dont want to do them.
every day have a good breakfast, thats filling yet good for you, which will keep you less hungry during the day and won’t make you eat as much.
eat an apple or a light weight food thats also good for you in between meals and keeps you going as soon as you feel hungry eat something small.
eat healthily for your meals (more dinner and lunch) but make sure that they fill you up just right.
lay off high calorie foods and high carbs and only eat carbs once or twice a wk. (like bread and pasta and rice). dont eat to much junk food and snacks.
drink moderate amounts of water, dont drink to much alcohol and soft drinks.
excerise about 30 mins each day.

    good luck.

paleo diet(lifestyle)… the most natural diet and its 100x healthier than the recommended grain based diet in the food pyramid which is based on outdated and faulty/bad science

the diet has been tried and tested for 100,000 generations by pre-agricultural man who was fit and free of diseases. its the diet we evolved on. its the diet most appropriate for our species.

go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food
after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on
your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If
you don’t eat wheat then you don’t eat all those sticky, fatty goey
cakes, you don’t eat junk food, and you don’t eat biscuits. But your
diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to
calculate points or to buy special meals or plans.
