Anyone know where I can get the FULL version of these drills? I am working out by myself and I have no MMA gym to go to.

Pretty good drills. I’d just add that for the armbar drill the students learn also to push the head away.

The reason for these drills is for quick recognition and speed in the set up. It is useful as a cardio drill as well as building muscle memory. Obviously, more time is taken when the students are training for technique and the submissions are finished correctly.
