@genjibob exactly this is for the obliques as well, if is very important for the muscles around the spine to keep it in place, i know this exersizes because of a back injury, they helped re-strengthen my stabilizing back muscles and get me injury free

it is not an exercise it is a conditioning routine for creating solid muscle’s it does work but dont try it if your weak as hell no point build muscle first then condition those muscles so you can take kicks and punche’s without crying in pain lol

these drills are not for official fights. i mean unofficial fights are the most brutal and real ones and thats where these drills are useful for. ok most of these drills i knew already and they are the best ones in the internet. however they are not full i mean there are more fighting ab drills except this one but they are not shared in the internet by Gilson. Anyway i hope Gilson continues making wrestling drill videos.

@Gabi24492 I understand what you’re saying, but I also get what genji is saying. You can very well do an exercise for each. But the fault with isometric movements – such as doing only crunches or sit-ups to work your abs, and then finding another exercise to work just your back – is that Mixed Martial Arts, and fighting is about using your whole body in unison. Drawing every bit of power from every possible muscle in every movement you make. Training separate muscles trains them to be separate,
