Great clip. If you’re looking for something to attach your bands to in your home or when you’re traveling try the FITSTRAP. It’s been a useful product for me.

JC Bands from JC Santana are also very well made with a loop at the end so you don’t wear out the rubber tubing.

I have Lifeline bands. They have 3 connectors on the handles so you can add or change the bands. This series of videos is the best I’ve seen, BTW.

This is awesome. This guy should create a DVD on how to do exercises with resistance bands. I’ve been using bands for about a month and have seen amazing results. I’m going to do this exercise right now.

‘stopbeingcowards’ yes the bands CAN break. I have a set of tube bands that I would not recommend this level of ballistics but I also have some flat bands b Iron Woody that I do this all the time.

I broke a tubal band doing military press

Bodylastics have some of the toughest bands around.

@speedstrengthathlete this is because for mma you need to use your muscles explosively because that is better for fighting, so they do play pushups, jumping on a box, clap chin-ups, the way the band works is that resistance increases as you pull it, no weightlifting can mimic this function
