    all of us athletes know the saying “no pain no gain”
    for the people that are looking to become an athlete just push yourself
    to the limit in all the exercises you do.
    remember we all have our limitations and peaks in physical attributes pertaining to exercises.
    repetition, hardwork and consistency is the key to all doors.

    They seem similar to Hindu push-ups, an absolutely excellent push-up, quite worth a googling for anyone interested in push-ups.

    1 month u should see small amount of diffrence but it count how much reps u do

    it could b true but kung fu do tiger push ups witch is like hindu but u use ur fingers i do them on a rug someitmes cuz on a hard floor u will hurt ur fingers mosat likey
