@xXRASHEEDXx Thats True
@JStormJNine Yea
it doesnt matter how big you are in a fight it matters your skill and smarts.so dont think like a body builder youll lose
im definitely going to try that because it looks like a good exercise, but it looks pretty funny.
@iballvep Yeah this exercise is crazy tough. Every now and then my karate instructor,who whose first art was judo has us doing judo drills like these across the gym, only we’re in the up position. 60 yrs old, he makes it look so easy, but your arms are crying the whole time.
Looks intense, however very hard on the wrists.
@KillerCracker69 suck it up, if you’re a fighter you want conditioned wrists
@sonroxs There’s a difference between conditioning and potentially injuring. If you can do this exercise without wrist pain, more power to you.
cool…I will be trying that one…thanks
Pretty much, all his videos are awesome. THis one cut off, though.
Lol wtf. This looks really weird but I can imagine this is a real killer for your arms
i got a question …. our trainer put us to do 6 push ups . 1 minute each .. i mean we got 30 seconds to go real slow to the ground and another 30 sec to get up the same way . we had to do 3 of em then a break of 1 min then another round of 3.he kept tellin us while we were doin the push ups ” yell if u feel like it . i dont care . just dont drop your body . u gotta feel every single tiny muscle in your body close ur eyes and keep going” are those push ups usefull or anything?
@GodlikeGuitar Arms, core and quads. It’s really fucking killer when you start.
@kettlebellconvert I hate bodybuilders, all aesthetic no function
@iamjacksliver
yea, dressing in speedos, all oiled up, with a bunch of other men to be judged by more men is pretty weird. but its their thing, they are stronger than most, and dedicated to a healthier lifestyle than most, so i say let them be.
lmao i just started laughing LOL
@FrozenFlame369 I would think so. Seems like they would develop strength and endurance and that they would activate a good deal of muscle fiber, since you are spending so much time under tension. It almost seems like a push up combined with a half-way plank. In fact, I will experiment with it.
@kettlebellconvert Weightlifters as opposed to body builders are much more healthy, as well as strong. They are the ones who just look like big biker type guys, but can powerlift more than bodybuilders in competitions. Its about the heavey weight less reps, not vice versa if you want a functional body.
Come to think of it, I knew a guy in highschool who was a bodybuilder that couldn’t scratch the back of his neck. He had massive biceps. Must be great to be built like that huh? Makes you wonder about wiping your own ass.
@DrVoltage1
You’re talking about power lifters. They’re not necessarily any healthier than body builders, nor are body builders necessarily unhealthy. They just train primarily for looks. “Weightlifters” do the olympic lifts.
@kettlebellconvert
Powerlifters are stronger, faster, and generally more athletic. How is that not healthier?
@chiconspiracy
they often get out of breath after WALKING less than a mile, bodybuilders tend to jog a lot and would thus be capable of walking a mile without a problem. so “more athletic” is an inaccurate statement. “stronger” is not. generally speaking, both sets of guys are healthy enough, though.
@kettlebellconvert
Show me any powerlifter except for the laziest heavyweight that can’t walk a mile? Come on now. You can see olympic lifters and power lifters run the 100 meter dash in times that would put any runner but sprinters to shame. You can see even the short ones dunk a basketball with no problem. A lot of them do general conditioning work, so they can increase their workload.
@chiconspiracy
then make it a mile in less than 12 minutes. whatever. jim wendler’s words, not mine. (He squatted a thousand).
