    his calves are huge………….but strength is overtaken by technique anyday.

    not always, a lot less than you think. technique is the tie breaker less often than strength is.

    Do this with a partner and a pad to knee/kick. great workout, and great speed training.

    whats the best way to drive your kick up while doing this? should the emphasis be on pushing forward or driving up with your toe.
