(series 2 of 100) This will be a continuing series of core exercises for MMA but really any sport. Here we demonstrate some core strength techniques with cardio mixed in. I like to do these type of drills between 2 and 5 minutes with 60 second rest between. In MMA all muscles are used and are at some point contacted.
