I have been training with kettlebells for the past 2 months and have seen amazing results. I need to know what other conditioning tools i should use to get in shape(muay thai and BJJ). I am probably going to order a sandbag training bad to . What others things will help get me in top fighting shape routines ,equipment, conventional weight exercises? Also i desperately need to find a diet I have no clue regarding Nutritional information besides stay away from clearly bad things like MCdonalds and such. Any information at all will help i would prefer free online things but having to buy books or dvds is not a problem at all. thanks in advanced

not sure
u should foucs on circut excerises that require alot of excursion for a short period of time 30 -45 secs , then with a rest period, 10-15 secs in between, sports specific excerises also help, bridging for bjj, lunges, and working on a heavy back for kicks in muay thai, etc
a proper diet well that would require alot more info fromu :
whats are body spec? height? current weight? the weight u wan fight at ? body % fat?
do u wan gain weight and jacked , or drop some weight, get toned but faster, the answer to ur diet question would require more info, and what ur over all goal is?
Atkins is great for losing weight, then switching to the carbohydrate addicts diet is great for maintaining the weight.Lay off soda and go easy on the booze.Hell sprints, rope climbing, burn outs, rock climbing, rowing, nice hard bike ride.Training Mauy Thai,Wrestling and MMA is great those great for your cardio,do a lot of sparring where after every 5 miniutes a fresh guy jumps in and spars with you it will really make a difference when/if you fight. Also doing cross fit will work wonders for you also shadow boxing with 5 or 10 pound weights work wonders for hand speed and muscle endurance for during a fight when your throwing a lot of bombs! Also wearing a trash bag under your clothes really makes you sweat a lot and burn more calories also creatine is great if your very active and need a nice boost!Check this out though!

i stay in shape by running up hills, that helps out alot with the shoot drills and up and downs sprawls.
If there is a beach near by run sprints for conditioning cause you wouldn’t want to be sucking wind in the 3 or 5th round.
i got alot more drills and stuff but i got a lil’ bit of time, go to you tube and type in MMA Conditioning Drills and you can get alot of tips!….keep MMA strong!
You need high intensity cardio three days per week, weights the other three days, and MMA training all six days. The seventh day you lay on your couch and wonder why you do all this to yourself.
But you’ll see amazing results. Sprints and running stairs and hard bag work are the type of cardio you need.
For nutrition, go to http://www.crossfit.com and look at their "fitness in 100 words." If that isn’t enough, go to http://www.spartafit.com and get more detailed information.
I don’t see any sprints and hill running. Flush that Atkins crap down the toilet where it belongs. You do need a fair amount of protein to re-build your muscles, but you need plenty of complex carbs–brown rice, oatmeal–and you can’t get them on Atkins.
Awesome, i haven’t seen this before, thanks a lot
