MMA Training Suggestions?
I want to start training to become an MMA fighter. I currently train with all the basics (pad drills, punching bag). But i want to go a step further.
Any suggestions on Any Martial arts related exercises that will challenge me physically and mentally? most of all mentally.

Free Fighting is best as you do not know what your opponent will try next or will they fake an attack first?
Used to fight Shotokan in mixed Karate competitions in the South of England.

yea i got 1, try running at higher altitude like on a hill, and the work excercise that u have to be totally focused to do which is the worst exercise of all time that i can’t do more than 10 secs is like lean on the wall and like sit on the air but not squatting.
ur knees should be at a perfect 90o angle, that shit is hard as hell to do.
you could aslo spar or hit the ground game with some pals.
