seems like it would fuck up your rotator cuff
Do you know which muscles constitute the rotator cuff and how it works?
i mean it looks like it puts a lot of strain on your shoulder
Muscles and other tissues get stronger from strain, as long as it is increased in small increments and there is time to heal.
The exercise it self is not dangerous.
