MMA Training at TD PROMAI

A few clips taken with my badly out of date camera which only takes 5-10 secondas at a time. Yes we do submissions but capturing them is extremley hard with dated equipment. I will keep trying!

there´s no need to be offended. go to the next studio for muay thai and jiu jitsu. or vale tudo. your techniques are MAYBE good enough for a little streetfight against an ordinary teenager but you can´t
    touch a skilled fighter.

Hi KRl8, thanks for your feedback.

Care to post up a video of yourself showing us how we should be training?

THanks KRl8 for that positive feedback.

I guess it will come as a shock that I am an active heavyweight professional Mixed Martial Artist.

I think overall, you have the spirit, you just need proper training. Get a gym, training by yourself without a experienced trainer is just going to be a waist of your time.

I dont care if youre a pro or not, but you need major work on your striking though. Good persistance like the other guys said though.

GnP isnt bad at all. Though theres no need to cover up so much when you have knee on belly. Theyre not gonna land an upkick and they’re not knocking you out with a punch on their back since they can’t put any of their weight on it.

The Striking exercise is sloppy, ya goin rampage on those pads, But keep it up cause there is some potential here.

Not too bad. Work on your leg kicks more. In a match u can’t do high kicks without leg kicks first

There are some VERY stupid comments here (and some fair ones). This looks very realistic to me and the techniques look amazing. The most realistic and presumably effective style I have seen.

No offense, but it is clear that you guys only train together and not with a qualified instructor. There are some bad habits deeply ingrained… you would benefit tremendously from training with a qualified instructor. Keep training!

    Kicks at 1:13.
Don’t snap your lower leg out as much as you do swing your leg around.

    Snap kicks are for pussies.

As with all internet warriors you have posted nothing yourself, I may take you seriously when you can prove you are in a position to comment. Until that time why not try and be positive and inspire people rather than being negative.

When ur doin ground and pound keep your posture up, leaning down to your opponent is a big no no in a fight… and your droping your hands to much and over extending your strikes, not trying to be a ass just trying to offer a few pointers… but looks like u work hard and thats all that matters

you guys got a lot of work to do. hands up, punches from your chin, kicks look a bit sloppy. . . good work ethic though, but break all of those bad habbits! good luck!
