MMA Training and Food ?? Help Plz?
Okay in the summer i’m planning on joining MMA, I was wondering what kind of food do I need to eat to help me for MMA?
Do I need to drink milk(or anything milk related)? I’m lactose.
Also before I join MMA, what kind of training should I do before I join mma?

As far as diet goes depends on what you want to do …. Bulk up or lose weight? Bulking up look into Amino Acid Tablets and protein based foods like red meats.
Staying at weight or cutting weight stay away from red meats all together.

Just join. You go there to train and get better. Unless you want to start off in a more advanced group.
Anyways, I think it’s best to do some jogging, jump roping, crunches, and back ups. Because It’s more appealing to be able to keep up with all the training routines especially when you’re first starting out since I think you won’t be told to spar right away on the first day.
