Mma Heavybah Equipment?

i am ready to purchase my first heavy bag and i want to know what type of gloves i should buy for a reasonable price. i have seen UFC fighting gloves, UFC training gloves, and boxing gloves. i was wondering what would be the best for a standard striking workout.

16oz bag gloves are my pick for the best gloves you can get.
Everlast and Title have some reasonably priced bag gloves starting at around $30.
Get a timer w/ a bell and jump rope and do the following
Warm up with 3 minutes of rope jump – shadow box for a minute
    (repeat)
    Strap on the gloves:
Do a minute of non-stop jabs on the heavy bag
Do another minute of jab, cross’
Do another minute of jab, cross, hooks
    (1 minute break & repeat)

    * when on the heavy bag try to circle around the bag while punching

i don’t think mma gloves are to be used on heavy bags.

the MMA competition gloves are to be used in competition

the MMA training gloves, there are a couple: MMA Striking training gloves (heavy bags and pads), and MMA grappling training gloves, and then there’s a combination

I say, don’t bother with official UFC branded gloves, the UFC is not a making of fight gear.

Here are a few links to some gloves:
