MMA Arts Sanshou Boxing

Is Sanshou martial art good for self defense?
Is Sanshou martial art good for self defense? Or would I be better learning MMA Boxing or combination of BJJ?
it really depends. poor style with a great instructor is always preferable to a grand style with a poor instructor, who said it depends the instructor. Now that aside, because everyone knows that and is not relevant to your question. If you try to form self-defense of the street, I went with sanshou. are amazing strikers kickers, and teach the investigations and projections. the reason it is best for the street is that I will not get into the habit of going to ground. If it does then you have to to cope with broken glass, rivals, and weapons. this is not a good place for the street. If your trying to enter anything in the UFC MMA / then you should go to MMA. If you want to ring the struggle must go to the MMA. but you can also mix and BJJ sanshou. Here's a good fight http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ipWNbhcsBL4 Cung Le, who is my knowledge and sanshou undefeated fighter uses when he fights.
