Mixed Martial Arts Weight Training Workouts

Okay I have tried low cal…low carb…wtf! My freaking weight wont budge!!?
I have finally cut back eating 1500 calories a day and 30 carbs. I am a vegetarian so doing Atkins is impossible. Just cheese and stuff. I started working out 2 times a day.
IN THE AM 45 MINUTES OF CARDIO BURNING 350-550 CALORIES
IN THE AFTERNOON (TRAINING CARDIO WITH WEIGHTS ABOUT 500-700 CALORIES)–i workout so hard in the afternoon i am dripping sweat ridiculously. I don’t know what else to do. I am lifting weights…A professional trainer is waaay to expensive so I have been working with one that isn’t charging me she coaches Mixed Martial Arts and isn’t charging me. She pushes me like crazy in the afternoon. I don’t know what else to do. I have been patient.
now you may not realize it but weight pretty much counts for, well you know, because say you lose 5lbs of fat, but since your doing weight training you could also gain 5 lbs of muscle (which is a good thing) you see? weight is just a number, stop counting the numbers you will get way too stressed over it all and thats bad
