train Mixed Martial Arts tuesdays and thursday so i get cardio and abs in
if your chest is your weak point its fine to train it twice weekly, just space it out more. You can try this routine and switch after a month. No need to switch every week… just every 4 weeks would be good.
Mon: chest, tri
Wed: back, bi
Fri: chest, (either bi or tri)
Sat: leg, shoulders
