What are some good sites/videos/advice for demonstrating amateur wrestling moves (I am in MMA too)?
I am going to join my high school’s wrestling team, and I need to have an idea on what to do. Right now I am in MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) as a sport/hobby out of school. I originally was an amateur boxer (I am 15) and when to a boxing gym for a year and got really good at it. Eventually it started to bore me so I quit and now I am part of a MMA gym in my area. As you can imagine I am very good on my feet, and I also have a talent for submission moves. The only problem is I have is I have lots of trouble taking people down (the only way I seem to do it is pushing or punching them down), hence the reason I want to join the wrestling team. sherdog.com and youtube has alot im an amateur mma fighter and these websites helped me alot , my amateur record is 9-0, 5 by knock out and 4 by submission, im a kick boxer , i study brazilian jiu jitsu ,and a pretty good wrestler, trust me you wont be dissapointed
