I wonder where you can learn Mixed Martial Arts in Pennsylvania and if a 14 year old could learn. Thanks for the answers
Google "Pennsylvania MMA Gyms and you should be able to find one near you. I suggest to take the fight to find a school or school of jiu jitsu for a good start. 14 But it is a good age to start. If you really dedicate one machine can be completely demolished a few years. success
