Mixed Martial Arts Pads

Does anyone know any good exercise for MMA (Mixed Martial Arts)?
hey guys does anyone know how can i power up my punches kicks shin elbows or whatever except from hitting the boxing bag or the pads
It depends on your mentality. If you are one of those who think strength uber alles, then moderate conditioning and lift heavy weights. If you think condition is uber alles then do nothing but stuff for your cardio.
A true Martial Artist does the proper conditioning ment to sync mind and body, such as:
Not skimping on warming up before working out or cooling down after working out.
Practicing breaking your fall in the case of a body slam.
Jogging for at least two miles every other day.
Practicing grappling moves and counters over and over, until you don’t have to think about how to react.
Doing at least 80 push ups and situps every other day.
Train your partner to hold back on punches and go easy on joint manipulations (if your gym frowns on this QUIT!).
I don’t suggest stuff like hammering tires or even rolling tractor tires, like you see on TV.
