Mixed Martial Arts Fighters Needed

i can lose 15 lbs a day? normal?
is it normal to be able to lose 15 pounds in one day? im a Mixed Martial Arts fighter and all summer i have trained really hard during the week and tryed to gain weight over the weekend after intense workouts, but im losing to much weight, at first it was a few pounds then about 8, 10 and finally i lost 15 pounds in one day, im looking frail and i need to stay strong but how? am i normal? i cant eat anymore than i do but i still need to train hard? help?

its not normal to lose that much weight in 1 day. its not very healthy either.
now unless you have a fight coming up soon and your trying to get down to the next weight class, i wouldnt recommend starving yourself if you do.
I’m guessing you train pretty hard if ur losing that much weight so in between your training or before training, eat. eat, eat ,eat…. take a little break after eating and then go train.
you need to eat for your body to recoup and heal itself so your body and muscles can grow.
and if you can get protien powder and a daily vitamin.
For myself, i use Gold Standard 100% Whey. The whey protien gives you results in mass and strength while keeping you very lean at the same time…..you should also get a daily vitamin. I personally take mega men vitamins. They’re really easy to take(twice a day) and the vitamins arent *synthetic* wont get into that though.
