Mixed Martial Arts Exercises Mma Workout

Kinda bulky question, but here it is?
What are some good workouts for a 14 year old who trains in MMA? (Mixed Martial Arts or as some call it ‘ultimate fighting’) I have all the standard equipment, weights, dumbells, barbells, a dip thing, and the leg lift thing. What should I work on as far as diet and exercise goes? I am on jenny craig, but almost done with it.

Train 5-6 times a week, and they have more workout equipment than I do.
