Mixed Martial Arts tips?
Ok i lost my last fight by submission 1st round off a stoopid mistake..i have been taking some supplements “very good ones” if u know what i mean..and ive been a gym rat non stop training i have a title fight in june any tips at all..technique, diet, how to clear my mind..anything that will help
I’d worry more about improving my technique than juicing. Strength can be important but superior ability will still submit you in most cases.
Quit juicing and really focus on your stand up and grappling. You aren’t new to this so you should know what you need. Speak with your coach if you did need nutritional recommendations.
Stopping with the ‘roids and letting your body’s natural hormone levels to stabalize can actually do quite a bit for helping to get your mind calmed.
