Mixed Martial Arts Bay Area California
looking for a good Mixed Martial Arts gym in the bay area?
So I’m looking for a good mma gym in the California bay area preferably some were near redwood city, San Mateo, or San Fransisco because those are all with in driving or public transit of me. I’m looking for a gym that can cater to some one who has no formal fighting experience basically some one who is new to the sport. I would prefer a gym that teaches bjj and muay tai but any good gyms in the area is good enough for me.

You can’t go wrong with Frank Shamrock’s gym-I think it’s in Sacramento, so I’m not sure how far that is from where you are, but definitely worth checking out. My brother trains there and he had 0 experience, only after 8 months he’s come a long way and in much better shape.
