Mike Finch of MMARecap.com interviews Energy MMA’s Zach Babiarz as he prepares for his fight at the XFO Fight Night event being held on November 5, 2011 at Offsides Bar and Grill in Woodstock, IL. Energy MMA is a new Mixed Martial Arts program in the northwest suburbs of Chicago. Zach will be the first MMA fighter to represent the young training facility. As a bonus feature, Zach trains with strength & conditioning coach, Ron Baguisa of Selected Strength Training Systems. Today’s training was based more on light bodyweight and mobility drills. Extra emphasis was placed on recovery work, including stretching and self myofacial work.
