Looking for a Place to Learn Mixed Martial Arts in Massachusetts?

I have zero experience but I’d REALLY like to learn some stuff. I’m looking for a place that’d teach me at a beginners level for a month or two, just to learn some basic technique. Anyone know of a place?

yes, One step beyond Karate in hyde park, Chinese kickboxing and submission fight club in dedham(they also have mma, boxing, and jui jut tsu classes), there is also wai kru, and sityotong. there are too many to list for me, but not for google(most of them have sites) also mass is a state so its a rety big amount of distance to cover you should be more specific about where you live

I live in the Lowell area. Here’s a place that’s in Tewksbury, I believe: http://blazingsunfitness.com/index.htm . I’ve met a guy who goes there, but haven’t had the time myself.

BJJ is great, but it isn’t all of the MMA. This school teaches grappling, but they also have Muay Thai and some other stuff. Check the site. I don’t know how they run the classes. The guy I met only does the grappling.

Where are you located in MA?

I train at a BJJ school around Boston – it’s fantastic.

Hit me up with a PM if you’re really interested.

Otherwise, check out the association website and find a school near you:

Learning Mixed Martial Arts or other techniques is worth the time. The boost in self confidence can be amazing, for men or women. . It takes patience and determination. Lessons tend to be expensive. But a good start is to go to Martial World and read-up for free.
