    Don’t worry about them man, 9/10 times I check the profiles of these trolls.. they are 15 year old kids with anime shit in their favorites, lmao.
    The people who matter know to take you more seriously than the random little kids.

    @BeyondShadowsTV

    It depends on how you define strength. I never said it was a how to get strong workout, its a good break from the basics like squats and leg presses. Change is good. Try it for 6 weeks then go back to heavy basics

    @marksist415

    Thanks man, you cant go “Heavy” all the time. Anyone squatting big weight sooner or later will get injured. I cant train heavy anymore from a herniated disc so I find creative ways to hit my legs. I have a ton more cool training vids ill try to post soon!

    @robkingfitness

    I was just re-watching the video and thought I would comment on my experience with the stability ball hamstring curls at your request. I had seen GSP doing this exercise in one of his exercise videos before and then your video brought them to my attention again so I figured it was time to try them out. It is now one of my favorite hamstring exercises along with glute-ham raises. The single leg variation has been working fantastically for me. Thanks.

    @KaI3l

    Awesome man, it is a REALLY Good exercise! Low impact on the joints, easy on the lower back, and you get a crazy contraction off it. Glad you liked it
