Is This a Good Mma Training Schedule or Should I Change It Up?
Kickboxing/Boxing 1x per week
Boxing 1x per week
Juijitsu 2x per week
Standup MMA 1x per week
Ground MMA 1x per week
Full Body Weight Training 3x per week
Any advice will be greatly appreciated
There will also be open mat time here and there to practice on the bags etc
Just like jiujitsu, your ground game and kickboxing/boxing must be 2x a week because it was a vital part on any MMA tournament.
Full body weight training must minimize to 2x a week to accommodate other schedule just like what I’ve mentioned above.

Ah I’m 15 I go to fight clubs and do a routine similar to tht do some cardio it. Rly helps answer my question on my profile thanks
u should do kick boxing/boxing 2x a week like juijistsu and ur ground game.and the rest keep as is
