Is the UFC Mixed Martial Arts Freestanding Punching Bag Any Good?

The bag is 100 pounds. Can i use ufc gloves and wrapped wrist support for this punching bag?

    Might as well a tapout shirt to go along with that. There are countless brands that are better than the ufc one. Go to amazon and search up heavy bag
