Is 14 Years Old Too Late to Start Mma Training to Become Professional?
i know most professional fighters have many years of training, starting at ages as soon as 5 years old. is 14 too late to get all the necessary skills to become professional, because that is what i plan on doing in life.
Not at all…in fact it is a perfect time!
Start with boxing first then work ur way toward mma. Make sure u can deal with getting hit.
its never to late
No its not to late as long as you are serious. you have enough time to get very good at a specific art…There is really no such thing as mma training, it’s just a matter of learning the specific martial art individually. I would rank importance of each art as
1.striking(boxing or muay Thai)
2.wrestling
3.bjj
4.judo
Look at it this way Quinton "Rampage" Jackson started training mma in his 20′s and he was a champion in the UFC and his currently one of the top ten ranked light-heavy weights in the world. What you need to do is look for MMA gyms in your area they have search engines in google where you type you zip code and it will show you the nearest one.
