I Need a Full Weekly Mma Workout Routine?

I have the opportunity to go to a gym with basic equipment everyday. dumbells, medicine balls, heavy bag, the usual stuff

Can someone please give me a basic weekly routine ? I can also have a grappling partner at least once a week

    Jamie,

    I think that a body weight exercises will benefit you more. I do a 8km run followed by the spartan 300 workout by steve maxwell (it’s intense), after that I do 20 minutes of weighted shadow boxing (4kgs per leg, 5kgs per arm) and finish it off with 20 – 30 minutes of kickboxing.

    It took me 5 months to work all of that together, the spartan 300 workout will get you fit and leaned out in no time. I lost 9kgs in the first 3 weeks!

    If you really want to get a tested routine you should go to your local gym instructor to ask for an effective routine
