I doubt three years, otherwise you should know by now.

All the cage fights I’ve been to and participated in you have to be 18 years old. I saw on the news though that there are places that have them as young as 10 years old maybe younger. Most legitimate MMA fights are 18 and up though due to liability.

Most fights you have to be 18 because of liability issues.
But depending on the organization, you might be able to be younger.
My brother is participating in an MMA event this Saturday and he’s only 16. This particular organization says you have to be 18+ or if you have a parent present at the fight, you can be 16+.

You need to keep training, and no there’s no limit.

If you really have been training since you were 12 years old you would already know the answer.

He could have been training for the past 3 years in MMA. Why couldn’t he? I know of several kids out in TX that have been training longer than that and are a lot younger. To answer your question kid: Presumably you have a coach. Let him know that you think you’re ready and if he does too then let him find you a venue. There are a couple that I know of that let young teens compete, but your coach is your best source.
