Well atm i’m 14, i want to do either boxing or MMA, i prefer mma and i was wondering how should i like train. at the moment i’m too young for gym’s in my area but like if i was doing say,
Push ups sit ups running cycling trampolining weight lifting (dumbbells) if so any of that how much

I’m learning kickboxing. What would the best things to do if i wanted to follow my dream of doing MMA professionally?

find a legitimate mma gym and start training in all the programs they offer. Usually it’s brazilian jiu jitsu, muay thai, and wrestling. The 3 main components of an mma fighter.

You can do as many push ups, sit ups, and run a million miles it’s not going to make you a better fighter if your not training with guys who will teach you the technical skills that it takes to become a good fighter.

carry on with kickboxing and maybe do Brazilian Jui Jitsu or wrestling. Don’t go straight to an MMA class because they wont develop your skills too well and you wont have a great enough knowledge. Go into MMA once you feel your skills have gotten a lot better:)

Well you are gonna need ALOT of dedication! When my brother lived in London (until he was 10) he trained at a professional KickBoxing gym and was taught by some famous UFC/MMA fighter that got arrested for robbing a bank and murder. I think hes name was Lee Murphy or something idk. But he trained and came to America and boxed for UCI. He currently is a personal trainer for 24 Hour Fitness and works out 1 hour a day, dumbells and barbells mixed workouts. He also uses treadmills. So for now condition and stick to your form and you need to pick up on like BJJ and join a gym and compete and you’ll be on your way.
