Heavy Bag Workout Routines MMA If you like Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), trying different MMA heavy bag workout routines can enhance your overall performance. Make sure you do not try an advanced routine until you are experienced, to avoid possible injury to both your hands and legs. Buy a mouthpiece to protect your teeth when you bite down during your training. Do not try MMA heavy bag workout routines without the proper gloves, and also consider using shin guards until your legs have become accustomed to the pounding they receive from kicking the bag.     ok dude here it is, my name is Brad, I’m from Lima Peru, well, your vids rock, i dropped 10 pounds now thanks of your teaching, omg you rock so hard dude, but I want to ask you something well I still have 20 pounds of overweight, would make a vid explaining a way to train in order to lose those pounds but fast with very but very very intense exercises please :D

    Your videos are sweet…I cant train at the MMA gym I go to because of time restraints but I put together a list of some of your workout suggestions and its as close to going to training as I can…Thanks bro!!
