Good MMA Workout at Home?

And what equipment should i buy?

    good push and pull exercises.. get a good heavy bag and practice your punches kicks low, middle, and high kick for punches try jabs and throwing a good combo or two, a big thing in MMA is cardio, 75% and higher of fighters lose because they get gased out before the other guy.. but if u dont have a heavy bag shadow box ( punching the air and throwing combos )

    Warrior x-fit. Check it out. Best home mma workout there is. You will become the best at your weight class as well as become the weight class your meant to be as long as you eat for it.

    thier is nothing that can compare to training at a camp getting trained by the very best and working out with the very best in the sport
