    you better not practice kicking lowkicks while holding the pads like that unless the guy is kicking half speed..A thaikick wil injure the padholder.

    If you know how to hold and catch kicks correctly, you can hold from just about any position and not worry about taking damage from a kick, and your partner can kick full power.

    i agree with papersamurai… i can nock people out of their stance kicking pads with body shots when their standing up… training low kicks full power holding pads like that is gonna nock u over… maby the guy wont get injured but if he tipping over every odd kick its not gonna be a gr8 workout

    Man …holding a kick like that without stepping to the side with the kick will tear your arm up .
